Before you write
Asking about a specific animal?
Send its PL number. Every page has it in the corner of the photograph and in the record.
Something arrived wrong?
Photograph it in the unopened bag, under your own lights, within 24 hours. That one photograph settles almost every case.
To get a useful answer
What to put in the message
- The PL number
If it is about one animal. With it we can read the same record you are looking at; without it we are both guessing.
- A photograph, with its lighting
Colour under blue and colour under white are two different questions. Say which one the photograph is.
- Your parameters
For anything that went wrong after arrival, alkalinity and temperature answer most of it before we ask.
