Everything in this batch becomes reservable at the stated minute, first come. Reserving takes the animal off the display floor and into a named hold tank; nothing is charged until we have agreed a shipping week with you.
Held animals are re-photographed after seven days, so you see what you are actually receiving rather than what was listed a fortnight earlier. If the weather along your route is outside 5–32 °C when that week arrives, it waits and we write to you the day before.
