A policy nobody finishes reading protects nobody. These are written to be read once, in a couple of minutes each, and they describe what this site actually does rather than what a template assumes a shop does.

What people actually want to know
Do you track me?
No. No analytics script, no advertising pixel, no third-party tag on any public page. A public page sets no cookies at all.
What happens to my email address?
It is used to tell you a stream or a drop is starting, and for nothing else. One click in any of those emails deletes the row.
Where does the sale actually happen?
On whichever channel the buy button points at. This site is a catalogue and a record; no order is placed here and we never see your payment details.
What if the animal arrives dead?
Photograph it in the unopened bag within 24 hours and write to us. The policy is written out in full, including why the bag matters.
